Over the past seven days, 13 cases of H3N2 influenza and 25 cases of influenza A have been registered in the Altai Republic


In the Altai Republic, the incidence of ARVI has increased 2.7 times over the past week. According to the press service of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, 4370 cases of seeking medical care in patients with acute respiratory viral infections were registered in the region during the week.

Thirteen patients were diagnosed with influenza H3N2, and in 25 cases influenza A viruses were detected. Now four schools in Gorno-Altaysk are in quarantine, a total of 2,756 children are undergoing treatment for influenza and ARVI. Due to the difficult epidemiological situation, the authorities decided to suspend the educational process in city schools from 22 to 28 November.

Parents were called upon to control the movement of children so that they do not visit public places this week.
