Situatia de la Botosani se agraveaza pe zi ce trece. Numai in ultimele 24 de ore, in acest judet au aparut inca 13 cazuri (68 de imbolnaviri noi in toata tara), ridicand numarul infectarilor cu gripa porcina la 1.465.

In ciuda faptului ca rudele barbatului din comuna Sulita care a murit s-au imbolnavit, la randul lor, de gripa porcina, autoritatile se abtin sa confirme virusul ca fiind cauza decesului.

Analizele medicale au confirmat ca doua dintre rudele barbatului decedat pe 10 noiembrie in comuna Sulita au gripa porcina, fiind

in prezent tratate cu Tamiflu. Autoritatile au decis sa inchida pentru sapte zile clasa unde invata nepoata de 9 ani a barbatului decedat, in cazul ei fiind confirmata infectarea cu virusul A/H1N1. Casa in care locuia barbatul a fost izolata si dezinfectata. In ciuda evidentelor, autoritatile se feresc sa confirme virusul nou ca motiv al decesului, ascunzandu-se in spatele Institutului Cantacuzino. "Oficial, analizele barbatului nu sunt finalizate, testul histopatologic durand pana la trei saptamani. Nu pot deocamdata nici sa confirm, nici sa infirm, analizele nu pot fi grabite", a

declarat prof. dr. Adrian Streinu-Cercel. Cu toate acestea, autoritatile medicale au recunoscut faptul ca "morbiditatea prin gripa A/H1N1 in Botosani este mare".


Si in cazul copilului de 2 ani si patru luni care a murit duminica la Spitalul de Pediatrie "Cuvioasa Parascheva" din Botosani se asteapta confirmarea sau infirmarea de la Bucuresti. Fetita a decedat la doua ore de la internarea in spital, medicii constatand o simptomatologie similara celei a virusului A/H1N1, care debutase cu 12 ore inainte de internare.

In urma aparitiei ultimelor cazuri de gripa porcina, reprezentantii Ministerului Sanatatii au decis suspendarea cursurilor in mai multe clase din unitati de invatamant din Botosani, Bucuresti, Neamt, Navodari, Galati, Bacau, Cluj, Iasi. De asemenea, a fost suspendata activitatea in Liceul "Vasile Alecsandri" si Liceul Economic "Gheorghe Ghica" din Bacau, scoala Ghindaoani cu clasele I-VIII, judetul Neamt, scoala Generala cu clasele I-VIII din comuna Muiereasca, judetul Valcea, Liceul Teoretic "Marton Aron", Liceul Teologic Romano-Catolic "Segito Maria", Gradinita nr. 5 si Colegiul National "Octavian Goga", toate din Miercurea Ciuc.

Bărbatul, ?n v?rstă de 43 de ani, a decedat ?n data de 20 noiembrie, dar confirmarea infectării cu virusul gripal AH1N1, drept cauză a decesului, a venit abia ?n această dimineaţă, a declarat dr.Streinu Cercel. Potrivitsecretarului de stat, bărbatul a fost internat ?n data de 15 noiembrie a.c. ?n secţia de boli infecţioase de la Spitalul Municipal Rădăuţi cu simptomatologie moderată.

"Evoluţia rapidă nefavorabilă a pacientului s-a datorat afecţiunilor asociate pe care acesta le avea- obezitate, diabet zaharat şi hipertensiune arterială. Bolnavul a decedat, ?n ambulanţă, ?n timpul transferului către spitalul de boli infecţioase Iaşi, prin stop cardio-respirator", a mai precizat Streinu Cercel.

Potrivit secretarului de stat, membrii familiei nu prezintă simptomatologie respiratorie şi au fost informaţi privind măsurile protecţie. De altfel, au şi primit măşti pentru protecţia ?n timpul ceremoniei de ?nhumare.

?n Spitalul de Boli Infecţioase Iaşi mai sunt internaţi ?ncă 10 pacienţi, care prezintă forme severe de boală, cinci dintre ei fiind ventilaţi mecanic. Potrivit secretarului de stat Adrian Streinu cercel, cazurile provin din judeţele arondate centrului universitar Iaşi.
