I've seen several versions floating around on the net. I think this is the best one so far. You can read the original in .pdf (long) or a spreadsheet compiled by volunteers and comment on parts of the bill at this link http://readthestimulus.org/index.php
I can see why there will be a lot of discussion before passage. A couple I think are interesting because 1. watching govt spending is what GAO does, so an extra $25 million seems excessive and 2. Getting rid of all those gas guzzlers? I never gave any thought to how many cars the Feds had; how much does an efficient car cost?
1. $25,000,000 to the Government Accountability Office-salaries and expenses for oversight activities related to this act.
2. $600,000,000 efficient federal motor vehicle fleet
I was glad to see these included:
* $430,000,000 for biomedical research
* $420,000,000 for preparation and response to an influenza pandemic
