New case of measles in north brings total to seven

Portugal’s health authority (DGS) has confirmed the existence of a new case of measles in the northern region in a 29-year-old man who is clinically stable and who was associated with another case identified previously.

Seven cases of measles have been confirmed since January 11, two in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region and five in the North, the health authority said in a statement...
