Port Pandemic Drills

I'm a member of Chatham County Georgia's Pandemic Flu Planning Committee and heard yesterday that the ports of Savannah and Charleston are planning a joint pandemic drill.

I read that Singapore did a port pandemic drill. Has anyone here heard about pandemic drills in any North American ports?
