DHANKUTA: Tuesday?s Limbuwan strike and resulting halt in vehicular movement caused the death of a three-month-old son of Susan Lawati and Khemkumari Lawati of Chulachuli, Ilam. The Lawati couple?s desperate attempts to rush the baby suffering from pneumonia to a health facility failed as no vehicles plied due to the Sanghiya Limbuwan Rajyaparishad-called strike.
