EPIDEMIOLOGICAL COMMENTS
The event start date was when clinical signs were observed in some of the goats. The confirmatory testing was conducted on June 19, 2024, by the Philippine Carabao Center – Biosafety and Environment Laboratory at Science City of Munoz, Nueva Ecija. Staff from the Veterinary Laboratory Division – Animal Disease Diagnosis and Reference Laboratory of the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) assisted with the testing.
