PA 11/17/09 DOH Update-Notes

PA 11/17/09 DOH Update-Notes

==The above mentioned update from the PA DOH is listing (6) new deaths for our state. This includes the media reported 3 mo.old infant from Allegheny Children's Hospital. To date, we still do not know what county that infant is from.

==The above mentioned update is still NOT including the two Blair County deaths that have been reported in the media.

==The above mentioned update also has an INCORRECT tally for state deaths (again!). The total should be (38) NOT (37).

According to my records this is what we have to date, adding in the following:
  • * Allegheny-3 mo old infant
  • * Columbia-unkn
  • * Fayette-unkn
  • * Jefferson-unkn
  • * Mercer-unkn
  • *Washington-unkn

Yes. I just saw that a min. ago. :(

By my records, this would put PA at 41 fatalities ... 17 of these have been reported in the past 5 days, since 11/12/09!

Have %ILI started to decrease in PA yet? There's also that nasty rhinovirus that has been reported in Philadelphia and that was mistaken for H1N1.
