This information is designed to provide schools with practical tools that staff will need to prepare for a pandemic flu outbreak. There is a great deal of planning for pandemic flu underway at the federal, state and local level. The tools in this binder will help schools begin those efforts. They should also help parents begin their preparations.

Last time I looked, this plan tells schools to report to the local health dept when 10% of the students are out sick.
