Four inmates in the state prison at Somerset have been treated for Legionnaires' disease, and the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections has brought in Special Pathogens Laboratory, based in Pittsburgh, to treat the water in a cooling tower that feeds the prison's air conditioning system...
