(PETERBOROUGH) The local health unit is pushing community members to get their flu shot after outbreaks of the virus were reported at two local retirement residences.
Edwina Dusome, manager of infectious disease programs with the health unit, says the confirmation of further flu activity in the community is all the more reason to head to the City's last flu clinic, or to family physicians for a flu shot.
