One confirmed, one suspected case of meningitis in Morgan County

A pre-school child from Morgan County has been hospitalized in Columbus with a confirmed case of bacterial meningitis, the Morgan County Health Department reported Thursday (March 31).

Also, a second pre-school child in the county passed away Wednesday (March 30) of a suspected case of bacterial meningitis, which has not been confirmed, according to the health department...
