A second local doggie day care closed its doors temporarily as the dog flu continues to spread in the Tri-State. The Tri-State is in the midst of a dog flu outbreak. Friday, July 24, Local 12 reported about PetSmart confirming numerous cases of dog flu being reported at its store in Mason.
