I do not know where to post this- but will start here- please move to where it needs to be.

This is a link to the New York State Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services. Once on, search into Current Health issues- and page then displays mini-fact sheet for Pandemic Perparedness for all treatment programs, including residential/ inpatient. One must regsiter/ password to get into the rest of the site- but this page should be available to public. Included is the National Registry for Next-of-Kin. I am wondering whether other states/ health departments/ countries have this same instrument.
