Hundreds of patients at Hawke's Bay Hospital could have eaten meat contaminated with the potentially lethal bug listeria - but there's no way of knowing which patients might be affected.

Investigations are continuing into the outbreak that is linked to the deaths of two women, one in her 60s and another in her 80s...
