Another cluster of bacterial meningitis has erupted among HIV-infected gay men in New York City, about two years after a previous outbreak began and ultimately killed 7 people.
The city's health department says three cases of meningitis have occurred in Brooklyn and Queens since Aug. 24, with the last two cases reported in the last three days...
