UNIONDALE, N.Y. (AP) ? The Nassau County Department of Health is reporting its first death from West Nile virus this year.
The victim is identified only as an adult older than 70 who lived in the town of Oyster Bay. Department spokeswoman Mary Ellen Laurain says the man had an underlying medical condition, but she could not elaborate. She also said privacy rules prevent her from saying when the person died...
