Yesterday the Secretary of Health in the state, Francisco Gonzalez Alanis, said the deaths reported in recent days have been for the delay in seeking medical attention.

The Secretariat also reported that the total cumulative cases in Nuevo Leon are 4 thousand 098; being discarded 3 thousand 665.

The number of deaths from influenza A (H1N1) grew to 73 in Nuevo Leon, with the death of a male patient of 65 years, said state Health Secretariat.

According to the digital portal of the State Government the victim was a woman of 50, who started with symptoms on 17 January and was placed in a public hospital on the 24th of that month, died on February 3. The patient had also obesity and diabetes.
