N.S. Health Authority warns of increased cases of the mumps

A recent increase in mumps cases in the Halifax area has the Nova Scotia Health Authority reminding residents to check their vaccination status.
The health authority says there are currently 13 confirmed cases in the Halifax area, with an age range from 20 to 36 years. That includes two cases at Dalhousie University.
Many university students say the disease isn?t really on their minds...
