Please note: On May 1 the MOH of China announced an additional 2 deaths. We do not know who the new two deaths are (possibly from Jiangsu province) but we will adjust our count to add these two.
On May 6 the MOH of China announced 4 more deaths: case #109, 2 in Fujian province without providing any detail + one other Total death count via MOH = 31.
On May 6 WHO announced another death without any details. We have no idea who this is. Their count of deaths is now 32.
We include the asymptomatic child in Beijing (case #44)

A person who had close contact with a dead H7N9 bird flu patient in Shanghai - April 4 - tested negative
A report from 2 reliable media 5th death April 4th. We have no details on this case. Could be a case above or a new one.* April 4 - He is case #11.
Additional three cases of human infection with the H7N9 avian flu cases in Shanghai[/B] - March 4 moved to confirmed category above.

2 children of case #1 ages, aged 55, 69, were diagnosed with pneumonia - one died, H7N9 "not detected" (but possible) - Shanghai - confirmed retroactively as cases #74 & #75

Cluster 2 - Cases #13 and #47 are husband and wife.
Cluster 3 - Cases #7 and #119 are daughter and parent - Note.
WHO statement April 19, 2013 - "There are 3 clusters officially reported, I mentioned one of them, the one with the father and 2 sons… 2 of whom, the father and the son who did not die, were confirmed H7N9. So that’s one of the clusters, and we know about another cluster of a parent and a child, where the daughter was caring for the parent who was very sick, and became sick herself with the H7N9. A third cluster as well, a husband-and-wife cluster."

#143 - Man, 30, onset date November 29, son-in-law of case #141, hospitalized in Hangzhou December 5 in critical condition . Zhejiang province

#300 - Woman, 41, onset January 27, hospitalized February 3 in critical condition Heng Tao - Guangxi Autonomous Province
#310 - Male, 5, onset February 3, hospitalized February 5 in stable condition, Heng Tao Xu Zhen bayberry village - Guangxi Autonomous Province

Possible family clusters:
+ "Experts believe that two people died (age 87,55 [also reported as 57] years old) suffering from a number of basic diseases, and lung of severe infections caused by. Another patient (69 years old) is still hospitalized in stable condition." The persons aged 57 and 69 are the sons of the known patient age 87. confirmed April 17 as cases #1,74,75
++ "It is understood that two weeks prior to the onset of Mr. Han have not been to the field. Sick two weeks before her daughter suffered from a cold fever for several days that healed, in addition, Mr. Han did not come into contact with other patients with fever."
Media reports indicate the occurrence of another family cluster, a father and son from Shandong Province. So far, both of these cases are alive and being treated. April 28 - Shandong gov denies.

+++++ This case is not claimed by either the Hunan or Shanghai governments, but the child is a resident of Shanghai. April 17: Hunan reported the case as retrospectively diagnosed
++++ This case is not acknowledged by the Chinese CDC. They plan an antibody test 2 weeks from April 14.
