North Dakota reports 58 new COVID-19 cases, 2 deaths
The deceased were a man in his 70s from Grand Forks County and a woman in her 50s from Burleigh County. Both individuals, like most of those who have died in North Dakota, had underlying health conditions.

BISMARCK — The North Dakota Department of Health reported Sunday, Aug. 2, that two new individuals have died from COVID-19, pushing the state's death toll from the virus to 105.

The deceased were a man in his 70s from Grand Forks County and a woman in her 50s from Burleigh County. Both individuals, like most of those who have died in North Dakota, had underlying health conditions.

The department also reported 58 new COVID-19 cases in the state, moving the total number of infections to 6,660.

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The North Dakota Department of Health is reporting another 124 cases of COVID-19 in the state, along with another death.

The latest victim was a woman in her 80s from Grand Forks County with underlying health conditions.

The total death toll is now at 108.
