Niman posted a Feb 5 Commentary re: North Carolina and rising "percent positive" specimens as an indication of wave 3. North Carolina is showing equivalent "percent positives" (week 4) to what was seen in their mid-Nov. percentages. Other states (AL, FL and LA) are also indicating such trends.
