أسفرت الحملات المكثفة التى قامت بها مديرية الطب البيطرى بالفيوم مؤخرا، بالتعاون مع مديرية التموين عن ضبط 63 محلا لبيع وتداول الطيور الحية بدون ترخيص. كما تمكنت من إعدام 2388 طائرا حيا فى المحلات المخالفة والأسواق والعشش.

من جانبه أكد الدكتور محمود جودة عقل وكيل وزارة الطب البيطرى بالفيوم، أن المديرية قامت بالاشتراك مع مديرية التموين بعمل حملات تفتيش مكثفة هذا الأسبوع وتمكنت من ضبط 63 محلا لبيع وتداول الطيور الحية بدون ترخيص وتم إغلاقها.

كما تمكنت من إعدام 2388 طائرا حيا فى المحلات المخالفة والأسواق والعشش المنزلية وتم دفنها فى المدفن الصحى بكوم أوشيم، مشيرا إلى أن المديرية صرحت لـ 9 مزارع ببيع ونقل الطيور الحية فى المحافظة بعد أخذ عينات منها لتحليلها وثبت سلبيتها، لافتا إلى عدم وجود أى حالات اشتباه فى البشر أو الطيور هذا الأسبوع.

مؤكدا أن المديرية قامت بتكثيف الحملات والتشديد على منافذ المحافظة لمنع دخول أى سيارات محملة بالطيور من المحافظات الأخرى إلى داخل الفيوم للحد من انتشار فيروس أنفلونزا الطيور ومحاصرته.

أعلن د. أحمد فؤاد غنيم مدير الطب البيطرى بالمنوفية عن إعدام 8 آلاف طائر فى إطار حملات مكافحة أنفلونزا الطيور، وأوضح غنيم أنه تم عمل محاضر لعدد 33 محلا لبيع الطيور الحية بدون ترخيص وإعدام 781 طائرا بتلك المحلات. وضبط عدد 7 سيارات محملة بطيور حية دون تصريح ودون توقيع الكشف عليها وإعدام 1686 طائرا بها. وتم ضبط عدد 258 بائعا متجولا وإعدام 5228 طائرا بحوزتهم.

وفيما يخص حملات المكافحة الخاصة بالتربية المنزلية والتى تمثل أهم مسببات انتشار المرض، تم هدم 158 عشة و إعدام 467 طائرا. وأكد مدير الطب البيطرى أن حملات المكافحة مستمرة، لافتا إلى ضرورة عدم التخاذل فى مكافحة المرض مع قدوم فصل الصيف أو الانشغال عنه بأنفلونزا الخنازير التى تقع فى مرتبة أقل خطورة من مرض أنفلونزا الطيور. 8 execution of thousands of birds in bird flu control campaigns Menoufia

this is a pretty sever control effort. when one, goes to jail here your family either brings you food to eat and pays somebody to see you get the food. or your diet is bread and water. the second thing is the fine amount of ten thousand pounds. its a small fortune for those that are poor in villages and raising birds to eat and sell.

صرح د.مصطفى الشيخ مدير إدارة الخدمات وعضو غرفة عمليات مديرية الطب البيطرى بالمنوفية، أنه تم أمس السبت تحرير محضر لمحل بيع طيور حية بمركز شبين الكوم وإعدام محتوياته 42 طائرا كما تم تحرير 20 محضرا لباعة جائلين وإعدام الطيور التى بحوزتهم 2050 طائرا بالطرق الصحية المتبعة، كما تم هدم عدد 6 عشش وإعدام محتوياتها 21 طائرا.

يأتى ذلك فى إطار تعليمات مشددة من اللواء سامى عمارة محافظ المنوفية بضرورة المتابعة والرقابة المستمرة على أسواق بيع الطيور الحية والمذبوحة والمرور على المنازل بقرى ومدن المحافظة لمكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور مع تطبيق عقوبات صارمة تصل إلى الحبس
والغرامة فى حالة تداول الطيور الحية بدون تصاريح والتى تقضى بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين وتضاعف العقوبة فى حديها الأدنى والأقصى فى حالة العودة إلى ارتكاب هذه المخالفة.

وفى جميع الأحوال يقضى فى حكم الإدانة بمصادرة الطيور والدواجن محل المخالفة لحساب وزارة الزراعة ويغلق الأماكن التى تم ارتكاب المخالفة فيها لمدة ثلاثة أشهر ويكون الغلق نهائيا فى حالة العودة. 2050

أصدر د.فتحى سعد محافظ 6 أكتوبر تعليمات مشددة لرؤساء المراكز والمدن بضرورة مواجهة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور الحية وأيضا المرور على المنازل بنطاق المحافظة لإزالة الحظائر.

وأضاف خليل العجوز رئيس مدينة الحوامدية بأنه تم إلغاء سوق الأربعاء الخاص ببيع الطيور الحية تماما.

كما تم مصادرة 254 دجاجة من بعض الباعة والمحلات وتم إعدامها ودفنها بالمقلب العمومى بشبرامنت، كما تم قطع التيار الكهربائى عن 10 محلات لعدم التزامها بقرار الغلق أو تغيير النشاط. كما أشار بأنه تمت الموافقة على تغيير 12 محل بيع طيور حية إلى بيع طيور مجمدة وذلك تنفيذا لتعليمات المحافظ بشان الموافقة فورا لأصحاب محلات بيع الطيور بتغيير النشاط إلى نشاط آخر يسمح به القانون وذلك تيسيرا على المواطنين.

ومن ناحية أخرى قامت الجنة المشكلة من قبل بالاشتراك مع الرائدات الريفات و التوعية الأزمة لعدم تربية الطيور بالمنازل، كما تم ذبح 60 دجاجة بالمنازل وإزالة الحظائر بها وذلك بنطاق مدينة الحوامدية ، وأنه جارى حاليا تنفيذ برامج التحصينات للطيور بالمنازل داخل القرى طبقا لبرامج التحصينات بإدارة الطب البيطرى بالمحافظة

الحملة تأتى فى إطار جهود مكافحة أنفلونزا الطيور بقرى ومدن محافظة دمياط

فى إطار جهود حملة مكافحة أنفلونزا الطيور بقرى ومدن محافظة دمياط تمكنت الحملة التى ضمت ممثلى عن الطب البيطرى والصحة والبيئة.

قامت الحملة بضبط وإعدام 1483 طائرا وإزالة 136 عشة بقرى مركز دمياط وضبط 918 طائر بفارسكور و29 بكفر سعد و156 طائر وإزالة 11 عشة بمركز الزرقا وضبط وإعدام 418 طائرا وإزالة 6 عشش بعزبة البرج وضبط وإعدام 97 طائرا وإزالة 7 عشش برأس البر.

كما تمكنت الحملة من ضبط وإعدام 462 طائرا بسوق الجملة بفارسكور و217 طائرا بالأسواق العامة بمدينة دمياط و30 طائرا بمركز كفر سعد.

تمكنت مديرية أمن الإسكندرية اليوم الأحد، من ضبط 22 محلا و17 فراشة لبيع الطيور الحية بدون ترخيص بإجمالى عدد 881 طائرا حيا تم إعدامهم، وبمتابعة المحلات التى سبق غلقها تبين قيام 22 من أصحاب المحلات بفض الأختام وفتحها، وتم إعادة غلقها وتحرر عن ذلك المحاضر اللازمة وجار العرض على النيابة المختصة. وتم إزالة 361 من عشش تربية الطيور المنزلية وإعدام 2682 طائر من دجاج وبط وأوز.

يأتى ذلك فى إطار اهتمام مديرية أمن الإسكندرية بمكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور وتفعيل تنفيذ القرار الوزارى رقم 187 لسنة 2006 الصادر من وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضى فى هذا الشأن.. فتم توجيه حملة بدائرة المدينة اشتركت فيها إدارات التموين والبحث الجنائى والمسطحات البيئية والمرافق والمرور، بالتنسيق مع مديرية الطب البيطرى ومديرية الزراعة وإدارات الرخص وإشغالات الطريق بالأحياء.
