Monterrey, March 27 .- The Ministry of Health on Tuesday confirmed the death state number 109 as a result of influenza A (H1N1) in Nuevo Leon, which corresponded to a female patient.

On its website, the state agency said the patient started with symptoms on 19 February, was admitted to a private hospital on the 26th of that month, and died on March 2.

The woman, aged 57, suffered from diabetes and kidney failure, he added.

He said that since April last year and to date there have been four thousand 361 cases suspected of persons affected by human influenza viruses, and these three thousand 894 cases have been dropped.

Nationally, until March 22 are 77 thousand 133 cumulative cases due to influenza A (H1N1), leaving one thousand 128 deaths confirmed, he said.
