...The state's Department of Health is investigating it as a suspected flu death. The case is still under investigation, said Donna Luesner, spokeswoman for the department.

If confirmed, it would be third flu-related death in New Jersey this season...

TRENTON ? A 14-year-old boy from Union County is New Jersey's third flu-related pediatric death this season, a state Health Department spokeswoman confirmed today.

The unidentified freshman at Westfield High School died Wednesday, district officials confirmed...
