Respiratory syncytial virus, a common ailment that can still be dangerous to babies, has reached "high" levels in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's weekly report.
Most of the state's other counties show moderate activity for RSV, while four counties ? Union, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean ? have low activity...
