Syracuse (WSYR-TV) ? The death of a second person in Onondaga County has been attributed to the flu, health officials confirmed on Tuesday.

Both people were in their late 80s or early 90s and suffered from underlying medical conditions, according to the Onondaga County Health Department...

The number of flu cases in Onondaga County continues to rise.

Health officials announcing today that 550 people have come down with the virus, and seven of those people have died.

The health commissioner says in all of the flu related deaths, the patients were elderly and had underlying medical conditions...
