Sept. 10 forum to address H1N1 flu

New Milford Mayor Patricia Murphy has announced that a public information forum to discuss the H1N1 influenza will be held Sept. 10 at 7 p.m. at the New Milford High School theater.


Topics to be discussed include general information about the H1N1 flu, what you can do to help prevent the flu, actions being taken by local and state officials, vaccination (and other prevention) plans for the fall, and questions and answers.

The forum is co-hosted by the mayor's office, New Milford Public Schools, the New Milford Health Department, New Milford Hospital and the New Milford Visiting Nurse Association.
