For the week ending 4/10/10, visits to doctors for influenza-like illness (ILI) in New Mexico decreased slightly from 2.2% to 1.8%.
The percentages of outpatient visits for ILI in New Mexico regions were: 0.4% in Northeast, 1.7% in Northwest, 4.5% in Central, 0.3% in Southwest and 4.7% in Southeast.
As of 4/14/10, there have been 1049 hospitalizations related to laboratory-confirmed influenza infection in New Mexico, an increase of 2 in the seasonal total from last week. http://nmhealth.org/H1N1/situation_update.shtml
For the week ending 4/24/10, visits to doctors for influenza-like illness (ILI) in New Mexico increased slightly from 1.6% to 1.9%. The Northeast region had the same percentage of outpatient visits for ILI and the Southeast region ILI percentage decreased slightly. All other regions experienced slight increases.
As of 4/28/10, there have been 1053 hospitalizations related to laboratory-confirmed influenza infection in New Mexico, an increase of 1 in the seasonal total from last week. (3 reported in week 15) http://nmhealth.org/H1N1/situation_update.shtml
For the week ending 5/1/10, visits to doctors for influenza-like illness (ILI) in New Mexico decreased slightly from 1.9% to 1.8%.
