It is with great pleasure that FluTrackers.com, Inc. and I announce that Sally (AnneZ) has accepted the position of Director of FluTrackers.com, Inc. and Vice-President of FluTrackers.

She has been a member since our founding in February 2006. Since she is a citizen of New Zealand she has been administering the site overnight EST from the beginning. She has donated thousands of hours to FluTrackers.

She has experience in every facet of administering an online community that is operating 24 hours a day, everyday: site design, moderating, posting, editing, members coordination, content analysis, computer and system analysis, policy review and implementation, and community liasion.

In addition, she has 12 years experience as a home schooler mom and has been very valuable in evaluating various programs for placement here.

Sally holds a B.Sc. in Botany with a focus on ecology. She has 2 children and is married to Mod Tech who has also donated thousands of hours to FluTrackers as a programmer.

Thank you Sally for everything that you have done in the past and for accepting the challenge of the future.

We are lucky to have you.

AnneZ, when you see the first Kiwi returning with symptoms, please stick 'em and send the sample to the free testing lab in the USA, so the world can know what's really happening with the sequences in Indonesia.

I'll pay for the costs, whatever they are, in funny-money US greenbacks.

Just get the stick'it kit ready 'cause some holiday party person is gonna return from Irian Jaya, PNG or Bali with much worse than some STD, and you are FT's point person on the ground there. So get ready, okay?

I would say "'way to go," Sally, but the Kiwis used to make fun of me for saying that when I was there. :D
It was also somewhat embarrassing when, in the cafeteria at work, I would ask for a "napkin" rather than a "serviette".
