Influenza viruses are still circulating in southern Nevada, and substantial influenza activity continues to occur in many regions as late as May.
Nationally and in southern Nevada, the 2011‐2012 season has been dominated by influenza A (H3) viruses; however, 2009 H1N1 and influenza B viruses continue to circulate.
