The percentage of persons seen with ILI by the five providers was 0.9% (26/2955) which is below the regional baseline of 3.9%. During week 42, the percentage of patient visits to U.S. sentinel providers due to ILI was 1.1%. This percentage is below the national baseline of 2.4%. On a regional level, the percentage of outpatient visits for ILI ranged from 0.6% to 1.9%.

...regarding the gastrointestinal illness outbreak following the Sunday, Dec. 4 Rock ‘n Roll Las Vegas Marathon. Based on initial test results, the pathogen that caused the outbreak is still undetermined. Additional tests will be conducted and a final report will be posted.
