LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department confirmed two human cases of West Nile virus were recently reported in the county.

West Nile Virus is primarily spread to people through the bite of an infected mosquito with the highest risk occurring in mid to late summer.​..
