WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Four people died in North Carolina last week from the flu, according to data released Thursday by the North Carolina Division of Public Health.
This brings the total number of influenza-related deaths this flu season to 10, with more than 400 confirmed cases in North Carolina...
