NEW YORK -- A White House panel has found an outbreak of swine flu (H1N1) could affect up to 50 percent of the U.S. population and lead to as many as 90,000 deaths.
The panel said many of the victims could be children or young adults. More than 1.8 million Americans could be hospitalized.
NBC News chief science correspondent Robert Bazell will answer questions from viewers about the swine flu outbreak on Tuesday's edition of NBC Nightly News.
