Workers at Canton plant to be tested for tuberculosis

CANTON, Miss. (WJTV) ? About 900 workers at a Canton plant will have to be tested for tuberculosis after a former employee tested positive for it.
The Mississippi State Department of Health officials said the employee worked at the Peco Foods plant last October and moved out of state.
Liz Charlotte of MSDH said the testing is a part of what they call ?disease surveillance,? which means whenever a case arises, they go to the source and test everyone who might have been in contact with the person as a precaution...
