More shocking violence - What can we do?

Editor-in-Chief & President
I have been up all night listening to the news reports out of Dallas. Just shocking. I do not have the words to describe my feelings. I feel horrible.

Added to this is the news of two officer involved shootings earlier this week in Minnesota and Louisiana.

Still in my psyche is the bombing in a Baghdad market last week that killed almost 300 people. Many were children.

And, there is also Orlando from the week before.

It is overwhelming. I am just...so....tired...and helpless.

On behalf of FluTrackers I offer our condolence to all those affected by these violent acts.

We need to change the dynamic. We are going in the wrong direction. We do not need to wait for an infectious disease to destabilize mankind - it seems we are doing that fine without nature's intervention..

I am going to start a personal campaign to do something nice each day, or every couple of days, for someone else in the memory of those we have lost to violence. It is not much but it is in my power to do it and it makes me feel better.

Again...more violence....and again our condolences to those affected in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Please...Peace and Nonviolence.

Nothing ever good comes from violence.

There are many links to the situation in Baton Rouge so I am not including one here. The situation is still developing......
