Moderators COVID-19 burn out

Hi Everyone!

Hey...I have noticed some of you are on the site about 12 hours a day since December 30, 2019. This is unsustainable. It is time for you to take care of you.

We can not physically update all countries, all states, all provinces in the world everyday. Other sites are doing this. They have a paid staff. We do not.

Please do not burn out. We need you and this COVID-19 thing will be around for the next year. If you can not post everything you want in a day...oh well...there is tomorrow.

As of July 13, 2020 we are no longer routinely updating country/state COVID-19 statistics. We are watching and will update for re-emerging situations. Please see the Johns Hopkins University COVID-19 dashboard here.

We can not sustain the daily updating of every country/state/province in the world. We are going to continue to watch everything but we do not have the "staff" to stay 100% current on all statistics for every area in the world. We need to concentrate on hard hit COVID-19 areas and new emerging situations.
