As of Friday morning, there have been 10 cases of measles in Minnesota so far this year. While it might not seem like a lot, it’s a number that grew significantly within a week.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, the outbreak is centered in the Twin Cities, but public health officials are also watching a growing measles outbreak in northeastern North Dakota, just across the Red River from northwest Minnesota.
