Missouri is reporting ?Widespread? to the CDC for Week 43

"Eleven school closings have been reported for week 43 of the
current season; no school closures were reported for the same period last season."

Jackson Co AND Kansas City did NOT report (This is the area I am in, and from what I understand, hospital ER's are packed) Several other areas, including St. Louis, did not report. Consequently, the percentages went down, when I believe they may have gone up.
