One specimen was received by the State Public Health Laboratory for viral testing during week 46; it was negative for influenza although A & B lab cases have been reported.

Anecdotal report: I live in Jackson County. More and more people around me, myself included, have been experiencing ILI symptoms for the past week or two. I had a flu shot.
