Alden-Conger Cancels Classes Due to Flu Outbreak

(ABC 6 NEWS) -- The Alden-Conger School District in Freeborn County has canceled classes for the remainder of the week because so many students and staff are sick with the flu.

The superintendent says 20 percent of the student body was out sick today, and it's been like that since Monday. 15 to 20 percent of teachers were also out yesterday, and the district is having a touch time finding substitutes because they're sick as well...
