التاميفلوا دواء معالج فلا يوجد لقاح واقٍ من وباء الأنفلونزا على مستوى العالم حتى الآن، لا تستخدم الأسبرين أو أيا من مشتقاته فى علاج الأنفلونزا لأنه ضار وله مضاعفات خطير.. احذر كل أنواع الغش والتقليد والإشاعات.. بحثك عن التاميفلو بلا داعٍ يعرضك للاستغلال.
التاميفلو هو أحد المضادات الفيروسية وتتكون مادته الفعالة من (أوسلتاميفير فوسفات) متوفر فى السوق العالمية على هيئة كبسولات 30، 40، 75 مجم وعلى هيئة شراب 12مجم/مل ويوجد فى مصر على هيئة كبسولات 75مجم فقط وشراب 12مجم/مل أيضا يتم امتصاص التاميفلو من خلال الجهاز الهضمى بنسبة 90٪ خلال فترة زمنية من 1- 3 ساعات.
تتراوح فترة نصف العمر بجسم الإنسان بعد تناوله من 6-10 ساعات ويتم إخراجه عن طريق الكلى يتم تحويل أوسلتاميفير فوسفات إلى أوسلتاميفير كربوكسيلات (المادة الفعالة) بواسطة أنزيمات الكبد.
يعمل التاميفلو على وقف عمل إنزيم النيوروأمنيداز، مما يؤدى إلى منع انتشار الفيروس فى الخلايا البشرية.
وبناء على هذا يستخدم التاميفلو كعلاج وكوقاية فهو فعال ومؤثر إذا تم إعطاؤه خلال 48 ساعة من بدأ ظهور الأعراض وتقل فاعليته بشكل كبير إذا تم إعطاؤه بعد ذلك، إلا أنه ليس له أى تأثير على الالتهابات البكتيرية الثانوية التى تصاحب الأنفلونزا.
