GRAND RAPIDS, MI ? As health officials report a spike in flu cases, a local pharmacist says he is hearing reports of pharmacies running out of the antiviral medication Tamiflu.

David Miller, owner of Keystone Pharmacy, said he is filling four to five prescriptions for Tamiflu a day, and many patients say they were referred by pharmacies that have run out. In a non-flu season, he would go months without seeing a prescription for the antiviral medication...
