ROSCOMMON COUNTY, Mich. (News 10) - Michigan health leaders are warning about a rare but highly dangerous mosquito-borne virus after a Roscommon County resident tested positive for Eastern Equine Encephalitis, known as Triple-E.

It is Michigan’s first human case of Triple-E since 2021.

The virus carries a 30% fatality rate.​..
