What underlying health problems exactly? The reports are extraordinarily vague and contradictory.

The swine H1N1 now is detcted at rates that are 3X seasonal influenza A (last week it was equal), and next week that ratio will be even higher. Soon, virtually all influenza A in the northern hemisphere withh be swine H1N1 (and countries outside of North America will have to face reality).
