NUEVO LAREDO .- The husband of the victim revealed the cruel manner in which their partner was treated, so they brought a complaint against the IMSS, for medical malpractice, before the National Commission on Human Rights.
Still shocked by the death of his wife, the widow, who asked his name not be published, recounted the tragedy suffered by his companion, the last week of life, when seeking medical care and the Clinic Hospital of Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social .
The man, who does not exceed 40 years, the father of three girls.
He said the suffering of his wife started on Sunday July 5, election day.
"She was fine, but started to feel sick with temperature, dry cough, phlegm, and all the symptoms of H1N1 influenza, so the following day on Monday, took her to the clinic 78.
Hence the care and a doctor said that two weeks would be fine, that this was a simple flu, prescribed medication, that it was going to compose, "he said.
The medicines prescribed to him at that first consultation with the victim were Salbutanol, syrup, a spoonful every six hours for five days; Ambroxol, oral solution, a spoonful every six hours over four days; Dexamethasone injection, an ampoule each 24 hours over two days.

"There were so many things that suffered from bad service, physical and verbal abuse, so I say it was medical malpractice, by so much negativity on the part of doctors, nurses and even the wizard, so I decided with the last remaining forces me for this pain to go to Human Rights to put my complaint, "he says.
In the interview this morning, announced the names of doctors at Family Medicine Unit, number 78 and Zone 11 of the Hospital who treated his wife: Arturo Sandoval Brondo Valentin (Director of the Hospital 11), Thaddeus (Assistant) , Josefina (Dr.); Tello (doctor), Miguel Angel Mendiola Infante (doctor of the Clinic 78), and Cayetano epidemiologist and Angel, the latter two was the more humane treatment, he acknowledged.
VERDICT OF DEATH
He charged that the failure to show that this alleged case of H1N1 influenza, doctors tried to change the verdict of the death of his wife.
"The verdict that they give is that she died of asthmatic bronchitis, in left lung, she never suffered from any disease or diabetes, high blood pressure, bronchial asthma and I am sure that he died of H1N1 influenza, I verbally told the two doctors same hospital, but there is no paper or document that certifies the official cause, but they are recognizing the true cause of death, "he says.
He added that before the suspicion that his partner was suffering from the H1N1 virus, which he took the samples were sent to a laboratory in Mexico City and will be for the August 15 when you get to know the official cause of death.
"I will go by those results but they want to change the verdict of death by believing it was another cause. I do not know why they say they are prepared to face this disease even when they do not have the medical equipment to care for patients.
"I want them to forget everything, because they still can not believe that in just a week my wife is dead, being always a very healthy person," he said.
"Since my wife died, when the director (Sandoval Brondo) found out, he told the doctors: 'the other be more careful," was all I told all the doctors involved in this case hopefully not be repeated in another family, "said the widow.
Believes that another failure that was committed to this case of alleged medical malpractice, which is a possible case of influenza H1N1, doctors do not follow a fence on your family health.
"Being contagious, must prevent the spread of the disease, so treatment should not only give the ill person but who had contact with her, but did not, all (the family) were at risk and not being served, so my complaint about the inefficiency in this case showed that influenza H1N1, but not to accept, "he concludes.
