Mexico: 6 H1N1pdm09 influenza deaths in Edomex

The governor of the State of Mexico, Eruviel ?vila, confirmed the record of 131 cases of influenza A/H1N1 and six deceases for the same illness, in what it goes of the winter period. On having inaugurated the Health center Tecomatepec in Ixtapan of The Salt, the agent indicated that of six cases, two were attended in the state sector, three in the IMSS and one more in the Mexico City. He made sure that the problem is controlled in the entity and for it they already applied more than four million vaccines to the high-risk groups. He said that they provided 160 thousand consultations to minors and 140 thousand to major adults. Meanwhile, the cases of influenza in the country have showed an upturn in the last weeks, but without this one should be atypical and he answers to the period of cold.

165 cases of H1N1 in Edomex, 15 deaths for influenza

Toluca, Edomex, 9 of mar. - In the state of Mexico have registered 413 cases of influenza and 15 deaths have happened as a consequence of this illness, during the present winter period, reported the secretary of health mexiquense, C?sar G?mez Monge.

In press conference, the official told that 165 cases are of influenza H1N1, 193 of H3N2, 35 influenza type B, 17 cases are of influenza type A.

They are 15 deaths those that we have up to the moment, to which five have belonged in hospitals of the Institute of Health of the state of Mexico, seven deaths in clinics of the Mexican Institute of the Social security and three in hospitals in the Federal District but are counted because they are mexiquenses ?.
