ONLY ONE: Bearing in mind the epidemic situation of Influenza
AH1N1 present in the State Merida, with evidence of transmission
supported of the virus in the State Merida, the following ones are established
lineamientos:.
To support the measurements of epidemiologic alertness, handling of cases and containment of sprouts according to the established in the normative documents 2009, expressed by CORPOSALUD.
Due to the assertion of the present sprout as Influenza AH1N1, from March 15, 2011, they took sample for investigation etiol?gica only to any case with Respiratory Sharp Serious Infection and also to Cases with Respiratory Sharp Infection, identified as cases initiate them in zones or institutions with concentrated population, without evidence of cases confirmed in the present sprout.
To continue with the days of FREE application in the whole ambulatory and hospitable network of the State Merida of the Vaccine anti influenza monovalente or trivalent in the population following groups:
institutionally such concentrated populations as: barracks, refuges, boarding schools, jails, hearths for third age and different, included centers of work, safety organisms and poultry workpeople and of pigs. Population with the following factors of riesgo:Ni?os and girls of 6 months to of 7 years of age Persons older than 60 years. Children, girls and adolescents (18-year-old minors) who are getting treatment for chronic illnesses. Children, girls who receive treatment with aspirin.
Pregnant women Adults and children and girls who endure asthma, other pulmonary chronic illnesses, cardiovascular, hepatic illnesses, hematol?gicas, neurological, neuromusculares, or metabolic disorders as the diabetes; Adults, children and girls with illnesses that diminish his mechanisms of immunity as infection for VIH or for medicines (renal, sick patients with cancer, undernourished persons)
Merida extends the suspension of activities in day cares, hearths of daily care, technical general initial, primary, average and average education located in the state, from Monday, the 28th of March 2011 on every Friday, the 01st of April of 2011, both inclusive. There is extended the suspension of the public spectacles and concentrations in day, night establishments and confined spaces (cinemas, theaters, you crunch, discotheques, between others), from Saturday, the 26th of March 2011 until every Sunday, the 03rd of April of 2011, both inclusive.
