صرح الدكتور أحمد فؤاد غنيم مدير مديرية الطب البيطرى، بأنه تم ضبط سيارة بأحد الكمائن بمركز الباجور تنقل الطيور بالمخالفة للقرارات المنظمة لذلك، وتحمل رقم 51507 نقل المنوفية.
السيارة محملة بعدد 4 أقفاص بها 40 بطة مخالفة للقرارات والقوانين المنظمة لعملية تداول الطيور الحية وتم تحرير محضر رقم 3788 إدارى الباجور.
قررت النيابة إعدام المضبوطات بالمدفن الصحى الآمن بمدينة الباجور بمعرفة لجنة مكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور.
